Cheat loaders often trip generic heuristics even from a legitimate cs2hack.org purchase. Exclusion comes before you spam launch into CS2.
Windows Defender steps
Windows Security → Virus and threat protection → Manage settings → add an exclusion for the delivery folder.
Restore from Protection history if the file was quarantined, then exclude the folder permanently.
Then continue setup
Return to Complete Setup for load order. Open support with your order ID if a clear-to-load CS2 build still fails after exclusion.
